Hey! I deleted System32.exe and my pc started up! The only question I got left is...is cmd.exe another file to get rid of? Thanks, and PLEASE help me!

If it's "cmd32.exe", don't delete it, because that program file is the Windows XP command prompt program file.

Thanks man. I'll do that. I can't believe the trouble I'm getting with my pc, lol.

BTW, I don't know too much japanese. I'm trying to study the language, lol. It's not "CHADDOI CHADDOI" at all! (sorry if I spelt it wrong, lol.)

Thanks, lol...but since I bought a "Wal-Mart special" it was NEVER really "functioning" in the first place.

Err well ya know...when you "buy" a computer, it's bound to crash one way or another (or malfunction, in software term; not hardware). Meh. But so's life.
