It's easy to find out if someone is a banned member that re-registered just from his actions, like this banned guy:

EDIT: My point is that it doesn't matter who the banned is and if he re-registered, as long as he folows the rules

You can upload flash movies that have a ".swf" extension (Emutalk can handle them). If they are executables (.exe) you can use a tool to convert them to ".swf" (use google).

EDIT: As Clements said, you can use a direct link to an already uploaded ".swf" file instead.

A quick note, I have reported this idiot to NTL I've provided them with plenty of evidence to support my report - IP, times, location etc
He has joined no fewer than 8+ times tonight.

Alright guys.. you have seem to made your point. But Clements i would have finished that little "dissing game" if you didnt post that flash movie. I didnt know you could in these forums.. thanks for the info. Secondly, although my website was shit.. me and a mate were learning html.. notice the crapyness of it. We, however are not 12... we may mentally be 12 but physically, no. And Clements that post you deleted, hope you liked it... took quite a long time to make.
