why chankast wont play my game anymore??

please can someone help me out here, im getting extremely frustrated!!! i have been veryy happily playing capcom vs SNK 2 for many weeks. now all of a sudden when i try load it... , it goes to a screen that wants me to set the date and time?? when i try to exit is goes to the bios options screen, play game, listen to music.. etc.. if i choose play game, the whole prosess repeats itself over again i have tried different games, different bios, everything, i even used the system resore on windows to put my entire computer back the way it was when chankast was working, but still the darn emulator just refuses to play any game at all??? tried redownloading everything as well!!!
Anyone got any ideas??? i have studied the manual, and i am not missing nothing, since it WAS working just before??

the same thing happend to me, it was the bios that caused the problem. try a few different bios if the one you are using doesn't work and make sure the bios files have the attribute "read-only" on them.

thank you so much for that advise after reading your reply i remembered i had a backup of the bios i was using before, after overwriting the same bios , it started working again. i am very happy now. my advise to you guys out there... BACK UP the frieking bios somewhere, it seems to be very delicate. btw.. it stopped working after the emulator crashed my cpu!! maybe this was the reason?!
