Which Emulator Runs SVC Chaos???

I have a rom called SVCPLUS and I can't get it to run on MAME32Plus, it doesn't show up on the list. Is it the correct rom? Which emulator do I need to run it?

Too recent. You won't find support in any legitimate arcade emulators. Also, I recall hearing that many of the SVC Chaos roms floating around were bootlegs.
