What's The Best Program To Load/Show All Emulators On Your PC?

I'm looking for one program that will load/show all my emulators that I have on my PC in different programs. Like an emulator loader. I've tried looking online at a few sites and was just wondering what the easiest one is to configure.

I renamed some of my roms and they won't show up using this frontend, do I have to rename them all in order for them to show up?
