What's the best N64 emulator?

Ok.. reason for starting this:

I was really busy with emulation couple of years ago and been away from it untill now.
So I thought I would start a poll and see what others are thinking at this point.

I myself am using the following config:
WindowsXP SP2 /w all updates
AMD Athlon64 3500+
1GB of RAMM
ATI Radeon X800
MSI NForce4 ultra motherboard

Please be serious and don't dis at others (people and emulators).

Also great would be if you replied with why it is the best and maybe even which plugin you use with it.

in the time it took you to make this poll, you can could have done some reading (or just checked the stats for how many are viewing each forum) and get a pretty good idea which are the popular ones... better than "survery of people who can be bothered to take this poll" anyway.
