Whats the best emulator for my system?

That will run Zelda OoT
i've tried ultraHLE 1.0, ultrahle2064, pj64, 1964, nemu, mupon64 0.4, and they dont work

my only hope is ultrahle2064

ultrahle 2064 with jabos gfx plugins, uhle internal audio, and any input plugin.

1964 is a big if, but it might work well on your system, give it a shot (with jabos plugins aswell)

your processor is a little too slow to run games at full speed, and your video card should be upgraded. I recommend buying another computer once you have the money to buy one, just dont get a celeon processor.

thats with jabos d3d7 nosound with internal audio on

use jabo's d3d 1.5.1 and see how it looks.

if i use pj64 with the same settings it looks the same
but i changed the rendering device to rgb emulation and i get the correct gfx but like 3.48 fps

With your system, your best bet *is* ultraHLE 1.0. If you can, you should buy a Voodoo 2 (or something similar). You can get a Voodoo2 for about $20. Here's a head start. http://half.ebay.com/search/search.jsp?nthTime=3&product=all&keyword=Voodoo+2
