What speed do you get for your internet connection?

I normally get about 150k average for my cable.

i found an isp in the uk that does 2meg/400k but only in the london area so id have that ideally (it was something like 39.99/mo and only 2meg off peak... but then thats the only time i really use my comp heavily)

as it is im on 512/256 until telewest pull their finger out :doh:

When I first got it back in 1998, I used to easily download in the 1 megabyte per second range, because there were no caps at the time.

I'm not quite sure what we're supposed to get from our service provider... lol

but I know that I usually download between 200 and 400 kb/s and it's gone up to about 550...
