what graphics plug in works best with....

does anybody play mario golf and have the game work fine and display the proper graphics? when i use direct3d6.1.5 the graphics are fine but there is a lot of slow down and when i use direct64 0.5 alpha i get no slowdown but the graphics are really messed up. so is there some setting I need to change or does anybody know a good graphics plugin that would work for this game? thx for the help

glide64 currently is the best for this game. it looks great with the hacs glide wrapper(wich you will need if you dont have a voodoo graphics card.) but it runs very slow. I think you and i will have to wait till rice gets it fixed on his plugin(in 3 stage combiner under directx setting , if you use pixel shader setting it has the same problem as direct64..it looks great except when you are actually taking your swing , you get trailers or if you have framebuffer on you get black backgrounds).

i just tried it and i get all sorts of screwed up graphics. it does run it at a nice rate though.

Try enabling hardware framebuffer textures.

if you do you will get bad textures instead of black screen. it froze up the emulator on me after the second hole

this is what i got....so far the best ...yes a little bad texture but runs smooth...thanks for everybodys help

Direct64 is great, too.
But the newest version had messed it up, 4 me.
Didn't know if it's the same 4 all.

yeah same here except for some games, like shadows of the empire but the screen flickers sometimes
