Web Hosting + Domain Name Reg

I'm starting a small business and I'm looking for the most realible cost effective webhosting and domain name registration. I'm not very familliar with this.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

If its a serious business, I would suggest registering a domain name with the cheapest place you can and then invest in a small server. It doesnt have to be big really, especially if your site isnt going to be very big.
