Water in Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Hi guys, i'm new and i need some help.
When i play Zelda Ocarina of time, i can't see under water. How should i fix that ?

2. play around with the advanced gfx settings this helps on some games such as goldeneye
3. get another gfx plug in
4.roll around on the floor balling because nothing works

Ok Here's another bug.
I'm going to the desert and when i enter it, the game runs very slowly and i see nothing because of white lines apprearing on screen.
What should I do ?
