Hi,

I got everything in Chankast emu to work, except I can't save any of my games. Do I need the actual DC Memory card? Or can I make a some sort of proxy that acts as a memory card in my harddrive? Thanks.

You need to format the VMU in the Dreamcast BIOS before you can save data to it.

Can you please tell me how to format it?
File Menu (it's the only possibility since the BIOS only has four menus). The BIOS should automatically note that the VMU isn't formatted. If you don't have a VMU, create one with VMSBrowser.

how do i access this File Menu? I don't see it anywhere in VMSBrowser or Chankast. Also when you say that I have to create a VMU do you mean the the "Write VMS.Bin" Function? Im so sorry for being a n00b. =(

ok, I finally got it to work! YAY! Just two more questions though, does anyone's Marvel vs. Capcom 2 game have staticy sounds? And if it's not supposed to, is there anyway to fix it?
