Sounds likes its running in 32bit. Does your Bios say 3.25gb as well as Win?

Nope it's diffently not 32bit :satisfied

its Vista 64Bit and WinXP 64bit and the motherboard see's 4gb's of ram on the bios screen.

Well Guys i was able to fix the problem by using VistaBootPRO :) By enableing deduct physical memory and only let it deduct 1mb of ram vista now see's all 4gb of ram on my PC :D

Thank You

sounds like some weird bios issue. update that, reset to defaults and then see what happens. the vistabootpro method seems like a fairly crappy solution

bios update -> http://www.sapphiretech.com/en/driverfiles/371.zip

Well i turned off deduct physical memory and set everything to default in the bios and did the bios upgrade and it seems to have work :satisfied Thank You Flow for your help :bouncy:
