UXTheme.dll on W2K

I'm on Win2K and i tested the eumlator on my cpu, but it doesn't work.

I don't understand, Uxtheme.dll is to do with changing themes in windows XP

CPU? You mean computer? Strange, it should work with Win2k with XP being a very similar OS
