upgrading my current setup

I have a Gigabyte GA-K8NSC mobo with an AMD64 3200+ and an ATi x850pro video card. I want to make a fast quick cheap upgrade to it just so it can last for a while longer until I can save up for a new computer within the middle of next year (hopefully with all the good shit). Hopefully I'll have more work hours in as well.. anyway here's what I plan to get for upgrading.

Seems reasonable I guess... you could always get a slower processor, 3800+ and save about $10, but that's not really much. For ATI cards, I know nothing and the memory may be a tad expensive.

I'm thinking of going with the x1950pro 512mb instead for an extra $40. It just got out of stock though . Hopefully by the time my check comes in they'll have it in stock again.
