Unpushable block (Zelda: OOT)

I'm in the water temple and on the bottom floor where you move the big pinkish block. I can't move it and it's supposed to move so what do I do?

If so,

You're maybe cheating, disable all cheats, save and try again. Cheats are nice, but sometimes it's evil :devil:

You may have a bad dump, check your rom with Goodn64 :borg:

You may be wrong, try and search again in the the water temple :evil:

Remember you may need an item before you can move that particular block (though i might be thinking of wind waker)

You need to push another block from the other direction first. Read a guide on GameFAQs.

Edit: OOT is 100% completable with PJ64 1.6, as I have done it myself. This is not a bug in PJ64, so moving.

I've been running around for about an hour. Can't find anything...

I went to the site and 3 of 3 guides told me to push that block I'm trying to push.




Thanks for your suggestions. I've also tried pushing the same block in 1964, it won't move either. Any other ideas? Thanks

A screenshot or two might help (I'm not sure which block it is you're talking about). If you want to post a save too, one of us might be able to figure out what's up.

Doesn't that block rise and fall with the water level ?

I had the same problem with unpushable blocks in the Forrest Temple but I could get around that with cheats (levitation).

If you are using any kind of cheats, then that can explain odd stuff like this.

Another thing to try is to do a save within the game and load it later. This will remove a lot of negative effects that has stacked up (and especially cheats).

From what I remember the block cannot be moved. It will raise with water when you will play the zelda's lullaby later in the game. However, may be I'm wrong but I never saw it in that place !!

You don't play the Song of Time to remove it. Only blue blocks that resemble the Door of Time can be removed that way.
