All of the changes seem to be for the D3D6 plugin from an initial glance?

Yes definatly seems that way to me and d3d8 1.6 is the default plugin so the official RDB Rom Browser notes apply to that and the gfaq unless otherwise advised

check with 1964 to compare ..

;)

Super Smash Bros.: fixed caught in appears on the stage
Biohazard 2: Changed Status to Compatible

Hello,

Sorry for asking, but could you provide more details regarding installation and utilisation of the tool. I have been running the rdbopti aplication from the command prompt and nothing is outputed.

Thanks,

Robert

Nekokabu: what exactly do you mean by "caught" when you mention examples?
Change Advanced Block Linking and run MM or Smash Bros.
if Advanced Block Linking=ON, Mask(or Character ) is halt for a moment.
Advanced Block Linking=OFf is no problem.

this looks good. i want with the team to get an official updated rdb out at some point (if you're not planning one already, and absolutely no disrespect to Gent and the others - a release is always the best way to test things, right ;)). Nekokabu do you mind if i look at what you've done? i would of course credit any fixes anyone has discovered. this is just thinking aloud, i have not done any work yet. i would have to check anything anyway, before including it.

i used to not be keen on unofficial rdbs because they caused problems, but you look like you know what you're doing - i know from memory that e.g. your notes about the pausing with ABL are correct, and this was something i was considering ages ago too - and i understand your english perfectly :)

i have a *lot* catching up to do with the new GoodN64 (if we even still use that?) before i can even get down to this..

thanks.

There may be a release of GoodN64 3.0 in the near future when Cowering updates his tools, so I guess we'll have to be prepared for that with the name changes, newer roms and stuff. While I'm talking about updates for PJ64, I'd also like to see a more extensive GameFAQ too, with more known issues for more games, it certainly got a lot better with v1.6 (love the screenshots, very helpful). ;)
