This got way off topic.
1st - the software is faulty by default, ATI Media is poorly suited for Brazil and more so to the cable provider he is using, TVA.
2nd - It is inside warranty, however ATI All in Wonder products in Brazil have no support, since they are for Canada and USA, NTSC not PAL-M.
3rd - I want to help a friend bypass the problem through freeware software, i asked if someone had the english version or could point me to that so my friend could acquire it and register it, thank you for the help, Blacklord, but P2P is not an option.
4th - By getting off topic, i still have no candy to offer my pal...I´ll be honest, i advised him to get this card and i feel reponsible for the lousy outcome, please help!
