Tv tuner no picture /black screen.

I have this Kworld Tv tuner 7131 and I have no picture at all!, clear sound but no video.
bought card in january and like in march stop working.
the company only says update the drivers and i've done it like 10 times and nothing happens.
I did RMA and still so I think is some kind of interferance with some other program or something.

anyone nows something????

Why not try your tuner with someone else s TV. See if that works. At least you will come to know whether the problem is in the tuner or the TV.
