TV Plus channels

I got a TV card for my PC (for watching TV), so I what program do you recommend me to unblock that cable coded channels.

BTW vampireuk don't let me down if something go wrong with this thread

Isn't unblocking Cable channels illegal? ie Theft if you are not paying for them, then unscrambling them is v bad.

Not sure if that is what you are asking though....
