Translation Issues Part II

I got the following problems when using translations:

* Sometimes when you change the language, the first column of the rom browser gets resized, so only the first character can be seen.
* Is it me or there is a problem in lines 48,49,50 of the string section?

The second issue is now gone.

About the first one, the columns of the rom broser get resized to fit in the screen when a language is selected (when the 1964 window is too small). The odd thing is that it seems to happen sometimes only.
