I made the test with brazilian language too. Same Problem.

I use 1964 2003.12.29.2 and Rice 2003.12.29 with a fresh install (uninstall form reg for rice and 1964)

Anyway if i'm alone to have this problem, it's not important. I'll made another test after a reboot tomorrow.

I made a format of my computer. Now the problem is gone.
