Well, at this rate it will be a 27 forums record for you. What is this bullshit? Security please...

EmuTalk is the largest resource on the web for help on N64 emulators and their plugins bar none. This incarnation of the forum dates back to 2001, and almost every conceivable question about Emulators/Plugins has already been posted somewhere. For developers, the download section is a must with source codes to many plugins available. I, myself, got started by simply lurking for a few months and reading threads old and new, reading PJ64's FAQ, and by then, I knew enough to help myself along without needing to create threads to ask a question.

In terms of art, this is an emulation forum, so our scope for art is somewhat limited. This is an Emulation/Gaming orientated site. Nonetheless, we have many graphics artists with us showing their talents in the Hi-resolution Texture forum, but we also have had logo competitions in the past where users created logos for the site and won prizes.

I do not think you have looked around enough to make such a snap judgement.

For art there's devianart :p I remember that I made a photography thread a long time ago and I posted a lot of my pics there. You must search first.
There's also the Babe Thread by the way ;)

Dude, I'm the biggest NOOB in the book, but I somehow managed to teach myself how to use PJ64 (With the aid of some helpful and patient members) and not occur the wraith of Mods and get banned (Though the bribes did help...) so either you're not applying your brain cells to their full capacity or you being very lazy...

True, alot of what goes in this forum goes over my head (99% actually!) but I try to endevor to learn with my alternating IQ (I'm alot smarter after lunch!) and scrape what knowledge I can to fill up my uneven head.

As for this site being dull and lacking the arts may I suggest you Google 'Arts'. If you look a little harder you may find Van Gough's ear...

We have the ever growing DS emulation community, the Talk of the town, the heated dicussions of next gen wars at Gaming and for art, i had a thread with landscapes from all over the world, you´re too quick to judge.

I have posted my visual styles, some poems... and this is an emulation forum. That's why we have the Talk of The Town. ;)
