Say anyone here use Windows Vista BETA 1?

Yeah, I'm using the beta. It's still called Longhorn but still. It's pretty sweet. It doesn't have the really cool program switching interface but it's still really cool. If you want some screens drop me a line and I'll see what I can do.

PS- The one major problem I see is that it doesn't run my 64 emu (PJ 64). That's kinda pissing me off but I'm gonna work on it.

I used it for a few hours to check it out. For a typical user, Vista isn't ready for primetime. Many components are broken, and it can't run many games or anything else requiring any level of compatibility. Do keep in mind, Vista is a big difference in many ways from XP, and we may lose compatibility with some emus/games forever... not just in beta stages. I personally say check the screen shots, and wait for the final. The beta is in disrepair.

Yeah since January 15th i really documented myself on Vista. Really changed my view over it. That happy smiley should be made a angry smiley and merged with Vista+DX10 thread.
