Yoshi's Story. When I go into practice, I see a trail of Yoshi's, and when I play a level, it goes black.
Banjo-Tooie. Black screen.
Donkey Kong 64. Permanent loop error.
Bomberman 64 Second Attack. I see the intro (more or less), then the only thing I see at the title screen is the pink thing. I press Start, then it goes black.
Bomberman 64. The intro is screwy, so I skip it. I start a new file, see part of the intro, then I see a blue screen.
