Not necessarilly, though rare, it is possible to recover from chapter 11 type bankrupcies. Remember that Chapter 11 is not liquidation, its merely a government hold on debts while they get back on their feet.

well their still pumping out betas. 9.1 beta 2 was released just a few days ago.

its a shame that mandrake are skint. theirs was my favorite linux distro (next to debian)
