The Emulation Spectrum

I thought I'd let you all know about a feature we just posted about emulation at GameAlmighty.

As a fan of emulation, I was excited when we were writing a feature about emulators. I haven't used emulators for several years now, mainly due to my preoccupation with my job and such, and although I didn't write the feature myself, I was able to spend time with each and every emulator mentioned in the article.

I am hugely impressed with the amount of effort that goes into the production of the software. My hat goes off to the creators and to the user base that help keep these things afloat.

Take a look at the article and let us know what you think. Did we miss any of your favorite emulators?

You are really missing the best genesis emulator there, with all your filter needs and support for far more sega consoles: Kega Fusion.
You should also mention VBA-M as the GBA emulator, because it started, where VBA left.
And N64 also had far more, than just PJ64... but nice featuring, not much details, but nice to see, that some more pages tried to report about emulation.

Fails for not mentioning any about the NES and Nestopia. Also, Snes9x and bsnes should also be included in the SNES section.

Probably wouldn't hurt to write a few lines about the Wonderswan and the Neo-Geo as well.
