The best video carde (for PJ64) is GeForce 3 Wind Fast or Radeon 8500. But ATI Radeon 7500 It is good for PJ64 emulation, it support Direct 3D 7.

Yer... The best graphics card is actually one that supports all TextureOpCaps...

I know for a fact this covers all:

Geforce (1 and up)
Radeon (any model or type, just make sure the latest drivers are installed)
