With jabo's 151 I've got perfectly textures junctions, but with rice, interpolations seems to not be applied between different polygones, making visible separations.
I tried with and without "fine tex mapping" and with different type of texture processing (original n64 size, 2x, 2xSai, smooth, less smooth, normal, bilinear...) but it doesn't change anithing.
And it appears with all catalyst versions I tried (from 3.8 to 4.2) (VIA 451, DX9.0 or 9.0b)
