Swap Memory

What specs should be enough to play Cruisin USA without gaps on frames?

And,

Why when I turn off the Swap memory from windows setting and I reboot there is no sound from the emulator? Is that why the emulator only uses buffer memory from Swap Memory on sound?

My specs are:

Pentium IV @ 2 Ghz
A quite slow Geforce 2 MX, 64 MB
512 MB RAM
Sound blast LIVE 16 bits

Well i have no clue on the sound, but with crusin usa. The system requirements are REALLY high and since a 2ghz p4 cant run it at full speed then i guess there really isnt a computer that could(which is what i have always thought). The problem is pj64s emu core. The best thing to do is to use 1964 with pj's video plugins (jabo's sound crashes 1964), cause 1964 has a different, faster core.

Turn it on. And if you're too unhappy with the FPS, buy and N64 and the Game!

About Swap Memory

1)I know it is something very weird but all I wanted to to know how the sound system worked on PJ64... And I wanted to know from the autor or other people who knows fairly well how it works.

2)In any case I can play any game on PJ64 even
if the Swap memory is turned off without any problens or decrease on frame rate.

3)And of course I already have a 64 since its release on september 1996.

4)If have any problems on your personal life do not "project" the ones you have on people who only wants to know a little more from programs develovers. I didnt ask for or about the questions against rules here.
