Status Of This Emulator?

Hey, It's been almost 2 years since this emulator has seen a new release. The news hasn't been updated either. What's going on? Someone fill me in.

Ok, can you be more specific? Like, WHY is it on hold? Developers got bored? Merge with Icarus?
