sound, or lack thereof

Help, I am new to this emulator, as i have only just got a pc that could run it. the emulator seems to run fine, except without sound. Could anyone please tell me how I go about enabling sound on this emulator. It does seem the best one about.

Go to change plugins and change plugins, Any plugin that dont say no Sound
