Sound gone when changing windowed-full screen

Maybe you recognized it too,you get it for example at Snowboard KIds 2 and Rampage-Universal Tour. You can only go around this Issue by checking "go fulllscreen on loading rom". Or is there another way?

hmmm...well, mine is fine when changing from a window to full and vice-versa. The sound pauses, and then continues when it has changed...some plugins may stutter. Try a different audio plugin. Also try updating your sound card drivers...what card is it anyway?
