Sound crackling

I have a P3, 860MHz.

Anyways, games run pretty much perfectly(though in Zelda games opening the menu makes it freeze for a little) but for some reason the sound crackles. I'm using the default sound plugin that game with P64, so is there a better sound plugin I can find? The other sound plugin in P64 has a delay on sounds, so I don't want to use that. Or am I just stuck with the crackles?

Try enabling "sync game to audio" in the audio plugin options for Jabo's audio plugin.
