Sound and Graphics problem.

When I play some of my games; the sund skips alot and sometimes the video gets screwed up and dos stuff it's not supposed to.:yawn:

For example; When I play Conker's bad Fur Day, When I go to the start menu, the top half of the back ground is rainbow colour(Distorted also) and the bottm is black, and example for the sound is when they talk it sounds as tough they're talking in sylables.lain:

Is anyone else having this problem? And how do I fix it?:term:

P.S. I have problems with more then just Conker's BFD
