Some update question

some Nvidia driver question

1) Hi all, I'm currently use the driver 23.12 for my Gforce2 card (23.12 seem to be old, and don't solve the Zelda's treasure chest prob) , should I update it to the latest driver? Which driver version is the best to work with PJ64?

2) By the way, will DirectX 9 will improve anything in PJ64?

3) Perfect Dark run at 30-40 fsp in my computer, is it common issue?

3. yes, with ure gfx card. get one like mine it works at millions of fps with the frame limiter turned off

um, i have a geforce 3 ti 200, an onboard sis 730, a geforce 2mx, a geforce 4 ti 4600 and i have to say after trying them all that what gfx card u have does matter

and yes they were all tried with the pc specs u see below. except for the sis which is onboard my old mobo. but the rest was the same. so there

The only thing that matters is the missing gfx blending modes & if using onboard gfx, then speed will be slow. The Gfx card has no impact on speed except for the exception mentioned earlier.
