Some problems with PJ64 1.6

I've been using PJ64 since 1.6 came out with no problems. I upgraded my machine and started running windows x64. I now have some issues when running the emulator. When I run the emu in a window, I can't click on the window to close or move it. I have to use the task manager to close the emu. I have also had the emu crash on me while playing Perfect Dark. It froze up and I had to reset my machine. I use Jabo's d38 1.6 and Darkman's when I'm playing Perfect Dark.

My setup is:

Windows x64
Athlon 64 3200+
Radeon 1900xtx
DFI Lanparty UT Expert

Actually it only seems to do it with Darkman's plugin.
