Socom Headset

I was wondering if any of you guys have tried the socom usb headset on your pc. This might be something you know already, but I just tried it today and it works perfetly. The headphones and the mic work perfect.

From my experience, it worked *okay*. Not that well though, because I bought a pair of USB headphones seperatly for about $20-25 and found quite the astounding difference in quality. I gave my ones that came with Socom away. Havne't played socom lately because I had a bad streak of hackers (yeah, they're in PS2 games as well ). They go 20 feet below the ground or so, and shoot up at helpless people that can't do anything about it. *sigh*. It's a little too counter-strike-ish for me to really enjoy, but it's still a pretty OK game.

I think it's a lot better than using regular speakers especially when people are trying to sleep. I also didn't have a decent mic, but this one works pretty good.
