i have a Q6600 Quad-core @ 2.4 GHz, but i have a 32-bit OS...
i also have 3 gigs of RAM and a pretty good graphics card...
but it runs at like, .06 fps D:
can anyone explain, or is it just because of the 32-bit OS?

yes no computer on earth can run dolphin at full speed with a 32bit os.

when i launch SSBM, it says that. and its annoying.
and even though i have a 32-bit comp. it cant possibly run close to 0 fps? the opening screen never even loaded...
