I accually got that from a program called style xp. I later uninstalled it but the theme was still there

Here's my desktop, also if you're all wondering I made my background from scratch no copying from any other image, its just nice when you can make your own special effects in Adobe Photoshop :-D. I'm still learning but its amazing what you can do.

If your talking to me I use Gnome, KDE and Blackbox, depending on how I'm feeling on any perticular day. I use KDE when regular happy mood, I use GNOME when I'm going to be running a lot of apps and I don't want to see them all in the task bar, i just hide them in gnomes task list. I use blackbox when I'm very tyred, have a head ake or my eyes hurt. Blackbox is easy on the eyes

I wish there was a shell like aston for nix. I know there are a few somewhat like it, namely nextstep, but nextstep is a bit bloaded and a bit harder to use.
