Yup it is (what it shows up as in the Appearance tab "Media Center style"

Yeap, it was leaked some time ago and since the Micro$oft guys used kinda the same theme on other Windows versions (ie: Windows mobile 2005) they decided to release it officialy (even though the version of the file remained the same as the current Media Center built).

So we now have a nice theme that works on all the Windows XP versions without 3rd party software and hacked dlls... Pretty neat huh?

Yes it is the wallpaper that shows up when you choose "Royale" as the windows theme. For some reason the original Energy Bliss wallpaper was not even in the pack (or even in the Microsoft's New Zeland site). Only the Energy Bliss visual theme was there. Maybe because the wallpaper is very similar to the one that Windows XP already has... :\
