Change the font? It's called Dragonwick. I am not quite sure where I got it, either on portage or somewhere on the net. Google might help.
Icons are stock gnome icons.

As to the icons, if you want them they are available here: http://art.gnome.org/icons.php

I don't know if png files work in Windows.

The pic is from a german artist. You can get the pic and many others from www.sci-fi.de take a look while I take a look at the Dragonwick font.

I don't have windows anywhere near me, but right click on the destop -> select options, it is on the second tab from the left iirc, with the huge amount of options for changing colours and so on.

Desktop Control Panel --> Appearance tab --> Advanced button.

In the Item drop-down box, choose Icon.

Heh. I got it from here, and thought it was cool. As I stated in that thread, though, it broke WinMX, so I went back to the original guy's solution. I don't need IE much, just Kazaa Lite.
