one of my nudests desks till now ( in good sense, of course), since i'm not using any of those docks or something like it (reason: no time for mooding and no RAM for it :evil: ).
btw, i'm so stupid, just now I remembered of Daniella... next year i'll suggest her in miss emutalk nomination... does she will gain your vote ;) ?

if you disable active desktop, the icon labels won't have that black background, though it would require your desktop image to be a bitmap

Or he could go into folder options, single click file in web style, which is what I've done with mine, and yes, the wallpaper is a jpeg.;)

24-bit PNG works too, just not 32-bit. seems XP won't do translucent shadows when there's already an alpha channel. pffft.

and of course, common stuff like JPEG and GIF will work, as mentioned (i'm only assuming on the GIF, who would ever use one as a background is beyond me ;)).

I have Vista and that certainly doesn't look like that's what you have. Do I sense deception? Your "My Computer" icon isn't the Vista style one, and your desktop doesn't say it's an evaluation copy, which it should, since so far this OS is only in beta. Mind showing your system properties? Attached are images of what the genuine version looks like. I have an MSDN subscription, and have this OS.

All except that the green arrow on the start menu is after "All Programs" instead of before it. And the search box in the start menu isn't there. Also, some icons on the start menu of yours are still XP styles. Other than that, pretty close.:p Is that a StyleXP skin or something?

nope you can use it with out any programs you go to resorces and click on theme and put vista theme there and i start working on the theme more.... internet explorer 7 beta 1 is the real thing just to tell you
