shouldnt i be expecting better fps than this?

i have dolphins latest version.

core 2 duo t7300 (2.0GHZ)
geforce 8600m gt
2gb ram
vista home basic 32bit

i get about 10-13 fps in the menu and 3 in the game with super smash bros.

is this about what i should be expecting or should i be expecting more?

ps. is there any dual core support for 32 bit? thanks

Gamecube is a very powerful Console to emulate and more or less would require over 4ghz off power to run at full speed even the ps2 emulation requires over 4 ghz. Gamecube are soo cheap mind these days go buy one.

The 32-bit version of Dolphin is significantly slower than the 64-bit version at this point. (And you need a 64-bit copy of Windows to run the 64-bit version.)
