Nintendo Puzzle Collection works on Dynarec. Wait for about 2 minutes then, and it'll begin.

Kiantsu you gotta rename the Movie Folder in the image with GC tool to somethine like Mova or movia.

You don't have a video card capable of Pixel Shaders 2.0. The game is only playable when you have a video card that supports it, or else everything is practically white.

When you say not powerful I guess you mean not graphic intensive, well no its not it just uses a shader technique (graphic effect) not supported by your card.
