Star Soldier works great!

-Runs loading screens at *too fast to even check*
-Runs the memory card message at 80-120 FPS
-Runs the prerendered intro at 50 FPS, but it is really choppy and is black and white (I guess it is because my card does not support Pixel Shader 2.0)
-Runs the realtime 3D intro at 2 FPS (But you can skip it, so thats not a problem)
-Runs ingame and in the main menu at 20 FPS

Hmmm, lets see. You rip a game, rename to .gcm. Load it in dolphin. And dont ask where to get the stuff or how, youll be banned.

did you try the default settings when you download the dolphin package?
