Serious Save problem

Well, i was playing banjo kazooie one night, and i saved and turned it off, shut the computer down etc... So i turn it on the next day, and i load my save file, and 1964 just goes black. Up until this point, it wsa working perfectly, but it wont load my save file. Or any save file for that matter. It hasnt loaded a save file in about a week. Could somebody please help me?

What do you mean it "won't load"?

Try changing save type. (I am not sure if it works but i think it should)

I press "Load saved game" and the screen turns black and the percentage goes to 99% idle.

1964 saved states seem to screw up for some games (see: Paper Mario). Try using regular saves. (as in saves you could actually do if you were playing on a N64).
