Segmentation fault

Building mupen64...
Everything seems to be ok, you can run ./mupen64 now if you have configured mupen64 to be run in a user directory or use the install.sh shell-script to install it in your system otherwise.
manuel@pcmdg:~/selfcompiled/mupen64_src-0.5$ ./mupen64
Segmentation fault

This happens also with the precompiled binaries. Don't know, until yet it just worked fine, and didn't change anything (at least nothing I know).
Any clues what might be the problem? Missing packages? Configuring and compiling just worked fine!
