screen blank but i hear music

so i configured the emulator, got the bios, mounted the game, grandia 2. but when i started it, all the intros had messed up colors, and the title screen had a sorta black and brown color. so i cant see anything but i can hear the music and it seems to be going at a perfectly normal rate. is there any way to fix this?

Grandia 2: Works fine so far, sound is really good so far. use z-write for graphics wich look great (thx RC Gamer)

Have you Z-Write enabled?

i assume z-write is enabled when there is a checkmark next to it in options->configure video. i have tried the game with and without that and both times it does the exact same thing. anything else i can do?

my daemon tools version is 3.47.
my graphics card is a mobile intel 915 GM/GMS, 910 GML Express Family Chipset.

The graphics chip is the problem. No integrated chip works with Chankast, or at the very best, you get loads of missing textures and other errors.

For the best solution, get a desktop computer with a decent graphics card in it.

I wouldn't count on it. It's not really Chankast's requirement to support these integrated chips. Since these chips usually lack the more advanced graphics functions for rendering graphics in Chankast (or these functions are there but poorly implemented), the fault lies in the chip, not in Chankast.

The problem is that integrated graphics chip makers can't put all the features that graphics cards have into a single chip. Who knows, in the future things might be different. But for now, integrated graphic solutions are nowhere near as fully-featured or as powerful as graphics cards.
