Running PSX Iso's ?

I have some psx isos some of them have extensions of iso some of them are bin. I don't know how to get to run them on my Playstation. Should I just copy the bin/iso file to a cd or use nero's 'create cd from iso' option or something like that ?

Protip: The Playstation cannot understand a disc with just one file named xxxxx.bin or xxxxx.iso in it.
